Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 021/2011 "On food safety"

Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 021/2011 "On food safety" was adopted by the CCU Decision No 880 on December 9, 2011, and came into force on July 1, 2013.
Scope of application
The objects of this Technical regulation are:
- Food products;
- manufacturing, storage, transportation, realization and utilization processes of food products.
The CU TR 021/2011 does not apply to food products madse by the citizens at home and to processes of manufacturing, storage, transportation and utilization of food products.
Confirmation of conformity
Confirmation of conformity of food products to the requirements of the CU TR 021/2011 is conducted in the forms of:
- Declaration of Conformity;
- State registration;
- Veterinary-and-sanitary expertise (for non-processed food products of animal origin honey, eggs, raw milk, etc.).
