Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 032/2013 "On safety of the equipment working under excessive pressure"

Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 032/2013 "On safety of the equipment working under excessive pressure" was adopted by the EEC Decision № 41 on July 2, 2011, and came into force on February 1, 2014.
Scope of application
The CU TR applies for following types of equipment:
- vessels for gases and vapors having a maximum allowable operating pressure exceeding 20 MPa;
- vessels for gases and vapors having a maximum allowable operating pressure exceeding 100 MPa;
- vessels designed for liquids used for the equipment having a maximum allowable operating pressure of above 0.05 MPa, a capacity of more than 0,001 cubic meter, a maximum allowable operating pressure exceeding 50.0 MPa, with a capacity of 0.001 cubic meter and less;
- vessels designed for liquids used for the equipment having a maximum allowable operating pressure of above 1.0 MPa, a capacity of more than 0,01 cubic meter, a maximum allowable operating pressure exceeding 100.0 MPa, with a capacity of 0.01 cubic meter and less;
- boilers designed to produce hot water at a temperature above 110 °C;
- pipelines;
- components of equipment working under excessive pressure;
- valves;
- hyperbaric chamber (except medical ones)
The CU TR 032/2013 does not apply to:>
- pipelines intended for transportation of gas, oil;
- gas distribution and gas consumption networks;
- equipment designed for use in the field of nuclear energy;
- braking equipment of railway vehicles, motor transport and other vehicles;
- vessels designed for use on airplanes and other aircraft;
- defense equipment;
- machine parts which are not single vessels;
- single medical hyperbaric chambers;
- equipment with aerosol sprays; <br
- shells of high voltage electrical equipment;
- capacity or siphons for carbonated beverages;
- and etc
Confirmation of conformity
Confirmation of conformity of gas-using equipment to the requirements CU TR 032/2013 is conducted in a form of Declaration of Conformity and Certification of Conformity.
