Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union 036/2016 "Requirements to the liquefied hydrocarbonic gases for their use in fuel quality" was adopted by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 9, 2016, No 68 and came into force on January 1, 2018.

Scope of application

Liquefied hydrocarbonic gases – a hydrocarbon blend (propane, propylene, butane, butylene, butadiene) converted to a liquid state.

The TR EAEU 036/2016 applies to liquefied hydrocarbonic gases released into circulation within the common customs territory of the EAEU and intended for household and industrial consumption as fuel. Liquefied hydrocarbonic gas also used as a motor fuel for highway transportation.

Confirmation of conformity

The liquefied hydrocarbonic gases should undergo the procedure of confirmation of conformity in the form of declaration (Declaration of Conformity).
