List of radio-electronic equipment and high-frequency devices for civil use, including those embedded or being a part of other goods, that may be imported to the Customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union without submitting a license, conclusion (permit) or information from The Common register
1. Domestic microwaves and domestic induction furnaces.
2. High-frequency devices using radio frequency bands (radio frequencies and output power) according to Annex to this list.
3. Radio-electronic equipment of various applications for the transmission or reception of voice, images, data and/or other types of information, including those embedded or being a part of other goods:
- (1) subscriber transmitting terminal equipment with a reception device embedded for cellular networks (mobile phones, as well as modems used on cellular communications networks), including those embedded or being a part of other goods;
- (2) radio stations operating in the radio frequency band of 433.075-434.790 MHz, with an output power of the transmitter not greater than 10 mW;
- (3) Radio stations operating in the radio frequency band of 446.0-446.1 MHz, with an output power of the transmitter not greater than 0.5 W;
- (4) radio stations operating in the radio frequency band of 26.965-27.860 MHz with an output power of the transmitter not greater than 5 watts;
- (5) short range transmitting equipment with a reception device embedded of the IEEE 802.15 standard of various versions (modifications), operating in the radio frequency band of 2400-2483.5 MHz, with an output power of the transmitter not greater than 100 mW, including those embedded or being a part of other devices
- (6) short range subscriber transmitting terminal equipment with a reception device embedded of the IEEE 802.11 standard of various versions (modifications), operating in the radio frequency band of 2400-2483.5 MHz, with an output power of the transmitter not greater than 100 mW, including those embedded or being a part of other devices;
- (7) short range subscriber transmitting terminal equipment with a reception device embedded of the IEEE 802.11 standard of various versions (modifications), operating in the radio frequency band of 5150 – 5350 MHz and 5650 – 5850 MHz and 57 – 66 GHz, with an output power of the transmitter not greater than 100 mW, including those embedded or being a part of other devices;
- (8) subscriber transmitting terminal equipment with a reception device embedded of standards IEEE 802.16 and IEEE 802.16 e (WiMAX) operating in the radio frequency band of 2500-2690 MHz and 3400-3600 MHz, with an output power of the transmitter not greater than 1 watt, including those embedded or being a part of other devices (radio frequency band of 3400-3600 MHz is not applicable in the Russian Federation);
- (9) radio receivers not containing radio transmitting devices designed for receiving television and radio broadcasting, including satellite broadcasting, hearing aids and wireless simulators for people with impaired hearing defects, devices for personal radio call, satellite-based radio navigation systems, including those embedded or being a part of other devices;
- (10) base and subscriber modules of the wireless "DECT" technology telephone devices, operating in the radio frequency band of 1880-1900 MHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 10 mW;
- (11) devices for the detection and rescue of people affected by natural disasters operating in radio frequency of 457 kHz;
- (12) radio frequency identification devices, operating in the radio frequency band of 13.553-13.567 MHz;
- (13) radio-electronic equipment for the processing of bar codes, RFID tags and transmission of information received from these tags and labels, operating in the radio frequency band of 433.05-434.79 (433.92 +/-0.2%) MHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 10 mW;
- (14) short range equipment (devices) for remote control and telemetry transmission, TV-control, alarm, data transmission and other similar transmission types, operating in the radio frequency band of 433.050-434.79 MHz , with a transmitter output power not greater than 10 mW;
- (15) radio-alarm devices, automatic radio transmitters for distress signals: operating in the radio frequency band of 26.945 MHz and 26.960 MHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 2 watts; 433.05-434.79 (433.92 +/-0.2%) MHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 5 mW; 868-868.2 MHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 10 mW;
- (16) wireless systems of devices and accessories (hearing aids and wireless simulators) for people with impaired hearing, operating in the radio frequency bands up to 230 MHz and not using bands of 108-144 MHz, 148-151 MHz, 162.7-163.2 and 168.5-174 MHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 10 mW;
- (17) remote radio control equipment for models of aircraft, boats, etc., operating in the radio frequency bands of 28.0-28.2 MHz and 40.66-40.70 MHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 1 watt and in the radio frequency band of 2400-2483.5 MHz, with an output power of the transmitter not greater than 10 mW;
- (18) radio communication devices for children and radio-controlled toys, operating in the radio frequency band of 26957-27283 kHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 10 mW;
- (19) radio signaling and radio communication devices for children, as well as child-monitoring devices, operating in the radio frequency band of 38.7-39.23 MHz and 40.66-40.7 MHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 10 mW, and in the radio frequency band of 863.933- 864.045 MHz, with a transmitter output power not greater than 2 mW;
- (20) radio microphones operating in the radio frequency band of 66-74 MHz and 87.5-92 MHz, with an acceptable transmitter output power of up to 10 mW inclusive (such as karaoke).
