Notes
1. For the purposes of this section, both the EAEU HS code and the product name should be considered, taking into account Annex No. 2 to the Regulation on import to the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of radio-electronic equipment and high-frequency devices for civil use, including those embedded or being a part of other goods (annex No. 15 to the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission from 21 April, 2015) and the Common register [1] of radio-electronic equipment and high-frequency devices, including those embedded or being a part of other goods, which do not require a license or a permit to be imported to the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. Radio-electronic equipment and (or) high-frequency devices indicated in this section, which are embedded or being a part of the goods, are subject to the licensing procedure regardless the EAEU HS code.
