On the common list of products that are subject to mandatory requirements in the Customs Union
For the purposes of implementation the Article 3 of the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules of Technical Regulation in the Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan and Russian Federation of 18 November 2010 the Customs Union Commission have decided:
1. To approve the Common List of Products for which Mandatory Requirements are Established in the Customs Union (attached).
2. Due to the presence in the Customs Union member-states of various procedures for state registration of medical devices (medical equipment and medical supplies) to order Parties:
- to explore the possibility of unification of Parties’ approaches in this field;
- if appropriate, to develop a draft of corresponding international treaty;
- upon the results of the work, to make a decision on feasibility of development of the Customs Union technical regulation “On Safety of Medical Devices”.
Prior to making a decision on this matter, to suspend implementation of the corresponding Customs Union technical regulation.
Common List of Products for which Mandatory Requirements are Established in the Customs Union

5. Equipment operating under excess pressure;
