In furtherance of paragraph 4 of the Protocol of technical regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union (Annex N 9 to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dd. May 29, 2014), and paragraph 5 of the Annex N 2 to the Rules of Procedure of the Eurasian Economic Commission, approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Board on December 23, 2014 N 98, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission RESOLVED TO:


1. Approve the appended list of standards containing rules and methods of studies (tests) and measurements, including rules of taking samples, required to apply and meet requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union “On Limitation of Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Radio-Electronic Products” (TR EAEU 037/2016) and to assess conformity of products that are subject to technical regulation.


2. This Decision enters into force upon expiration of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
